Unassigned Order – A full refund is possible if:

• No writer has been assigned to your order.

• No suitable writer is available.

• A payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect order placement).

• The issue is reported immediately.

Dissatisfaction with Quality – You may qualify for a partial refund if:

• You submit a refund request within 14 days of receiving the paper.

• You provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction, including specific concerns.

• Our Quality Assurance team reviews and approves the request.

Note: If a refund is granted, you cannot use any materials from the order, and all revisions will be voided.

Order Cancellation – Refund eligibility depends on timing:

• If canceled before 50% of the deadline has passed, you may receive a partial refund, with the writer compensated for work done.

• If canceled after 50% of the deadline has passed, you may receive a 50% refund, with the writer compensated accordingly.

Revisions & Late Work – Refunds may apply if:

• No writer is available for revisions.

• The writer misses the revision deadline (refund up to 50%, determined by our team).

• Note: Requesting revisions implies general approval of the work, making a full refund ineligible.

Cooling-Off Period – You may cancel your order within 14 days of acceptance for a full refund, provided:

• Services have not yet begun.

• If work has started, you will only be refunded for the uncompleted portion.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
